God is active every day all over the world!
The stories of His power and might are lived out through interesting people who are in the middle of situations where God is there, or in serious situations where people are praying for God’s Spirit to act.
Using modern technology, Crossroads has launched a Christian Citizen Journalist program to give you the opportunity to capture these moments and share them with our Television and online viewers. We are asking for your help to get creative, and help us share the good news stories of what God is doing or about to do!
The Crossroads organizations broadcast faith and values programs to over 50,000,000 North Americans. Their capabilities are comprised of:
On a combined basis each week, Crossroads produces over 20 hours of original faith and values content while broadcasting 168 hours (24/7) of religious and family entertainment programming.
The Crossroads Citizen Journalist program is called myVU, and enables people from around the world to contribute faith stories from their own local community or situation to our online network for possible inclusion into our Television and online broadcasts.
myVU will make it possible for storytellers and contributors around the world to become qualified Crossroads Citizen Journalists and thereby communicate in the mainstream media the impactful stories of what God is doing. Our citizen journalists will also be able to provide their own views and stories in response to requested themes.
Citizen Journalist video submissions will provide content for a variety of Crossroads productions and will also be displayed online.
Crossroads has partnered with The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) to enhance the voice and message of faith stories on a global stage. For more information about WEA, visit www.worldevangelicals.org
